returns — you’re allowed to change your mind
14 days from the day it arrives. no reasons needed, though we enjoy a good story.
the conditions: unworn, unwashed, original packaging.
how it works
- mail info@swagpax.lol with your order number.
- we send you the return address and, if you’re in the us, a prepaid label ($5 comes off the refund).
- once it reaches us, your money goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 businessdays.
wrong size, misprint, or it arrived damaged? that’s on us. mail us a photo and we’ll replace it or refund it— and we’ll cover the postage both ways.
every order leaves with a little something — a card, a sticker, whatever we’re into that week. keep it. thereturn doesn’t need it back.
(Because everything is printed to order, an exchange takes another 1–2 weeks)
